Katy Tur

 Katherine Bear Tur, born on the 26th of October, 1983 in America is a journalist on the broadcast and writer who is the correspondent for NBC News. Tur is anchor on MSNBC Reports. The anchor has been hosting Katy Tur Reports since 2021. She has also covered the NBC news platforms Early Today, Today, NBC Nightly News, Meet the Press WNBC-TV, MSNBC as well as The Weather Channel.



 



 Childhood and early life



 Tur is the daughter of Marika Gerrard and Zoey Tur. She attended Brentwood School in 2001 and the University of California Santa Barbara in 2005, earning the degree of Bachelor of Science. She is Jewish.
